Browser Requirements

The Interactive Design Studio is built using Macromedia Flash technology and requires the Flash browser plugin. If you do not already have the Flash plugin, you may get it here. You must also have javascript enabled on your browser. Also, please note that pop–up blockers may prevent certain features from working.

For Windows users, we recommend using Internet Explorer (5.5+) to view the UberPrints.com website. The following browsers have also been tested: Netscape 6.2+, Mozilla, and Firefox. If you experience any problems viewing the website or the Interactive Design Studio, please contact us at website@uberprints.com.

The following browsers are not fully supported by the Design Studio:

Internet Explorer (Mac only), Netscape 6.0 and 6.1, Opera

Artwork Requirements

The Interactive Design Studio accepts the following file formats for uploaded artwork:

GIF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIF, EPS, AI*, PSD*

If you are using vector art, please outline your fonts before uploading. If you do not have a vectorized version of your art, use the largest size and highest resolution image that you have available (300 dpi or greater is recommended for best printing results).

If you can not get your logo to display correctly in the Interactive Design Studio, you may email it to us at art@uberprints.com and we convert it to a format that is compatible with the studio.

* Adobe files should be flattened and without layer effects.
