They offer digital and screen printing options and images can be placed on the front, back and pockets of shirts. CafePress is notorious for having some of the funniest and best previously designed t–shirt decals. Unfortunately, when it comes to designing your own your options are severally limited. You cannot adjust image placement, alignment or rotation; and size change is restricted. Additionally, you cannot add any text to your garment. If you want an image and saying, you have to design it in a photo program and then import the entire image into CafePress.
